At Dr OBT Skincare Ltd, we are committed to providing high-quality skincare products and ensuring our customers are satisfied with their purchases. If you are not completely happy with your order, we are here to help.

Eligibility for Refunds & Returns

  • For hygiene and safety reasons, all skincare product sales are final. We cannot accept returns, refunds, or exchanges on any opened, used, or tampered products.

  • By purchasing skincare products from our website, you agree to this Non-Refundable Policy.

Non-Returnable Items

We are unable to accept returns or offer refunds on the following:

  • Items purchased as part of a promotion or sale

  • Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

  • Products not purchased directly from Dr OBT Skincare Ltd (e.g., third-party retailers)

Damaged or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately with mandatory photos/videos and your order number. If the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

How to Request a Refund or Return

  1. Email us at info@drobtskincare.com with your order number, reason for return, and any supporting images where applicable.

  2. Once approved, return the item to the address we provide. 

  3. Allow us at least, 48 hours to respond to your email and further steps will be guided via email.

  4. Refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 7–10 business days of receiving the returned item.

Shipping Costs

  • You will be responsible for covering return shipping costs .

  • Original shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable.

We can only receive returned products purchased from our website.

If your order includes a promotional item or discount as part of a bundle and wish to return any product or whole bundle then the value of the promotional item/ discount may be deducted from your refund.
